March is the opening month - date to be announced- for the opening in The Grange, Westerham , of the second Kent and Surrey Aesthetics Clinic, run by Vicky Parsons, formerly of Tatsfield and now living in Cudham.
For nine years Vicky ran the Doorsteps sandwich delivery business in Westerham Hill- no she is delivering up something different.
After the launch of her first clinic, in Limpsfield Road, Warlingham, where she took, the wraps off her 3D Lipolite machine for fat freezing, fat reduction and skin tightening, Vicky is about to open the doors of her new base in Westerham which will focus on medical grade treatments for the skin and the body, as well as surgery referrals’ for those clients who need something a little more drastic!
Vicky and her team have the support of Debbie Douglas, mum of Lydia - they are both in the hit tv show TOWIE- who spent an afternoon in the Warlingham clinic trying out the latest edition, the Lipocontrast machine.
New to the clinic and it will be available in Westerham, is the cryopen. This amazing device is fantastic for zapping pigmentation, removing moles, cherry anngiomas, verrucas and skin tags!
Other treatments Vicky and her colleagues will be handling at Westerham will be dermal fillers, PDOThreads Lift, hair removal, wrinkle reduction, and botox.
The team will include Dr Hassan Soueid , a highly skilled surgeon who has worked in plastic surgery for many years, Celeste Savage, clinic co-ordinator, and Gemma Robertson, beauty therapist.
And there is Vicky Parsons herself -
She is a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and Independent Nurse Prescriber (NIP) and qualified at Greenwich University eight years ago knowing that she wanted to work in the Aesthetics industry.
After Vicky finished her three years at university she began training in botulinium toxin treatments and dermal fillers.
Vicky said: "I also began work in a laser clinic in London. A year later I left to begin work as a cosmetic surgery nurse in Harley street working predominantly with plastic surgery patients both pre and post op. In the past eight years I have worked hard to evolve with the industry. I have trained extensively to keep my skills updated. I have attended numerous Dermal filler courses which can be used to correct loss of volume in the face, décolletage and hands, using either needles or a cannula as well as undergoing many advanced Botulinium toxin courses. Aside from these procedures I am trained to carry out radio frequency (skin tightening), skin needling, chemical peels, hand rejuvenation, IPL and Laser treatments, (acne, rosacea and hair removal), microdermabrasion, fat reduction treatments including fat freezing and cavitatation. I prescribe Obagi products for problematic skin, pigmentation and general anti aging and am an Ambassador for Obagi
"I have extensive product knowledge gained from working in various dermatology/cosmetic clinics both locally and in London and can therefore assess and advise on corrective skin products."
Vicky qualified as an Independent Nurse Prescriber at Gloucester University in August 2013 and currently aside from running Kent and Surrey Aesthetics, holds a clinic at ICE in Beckenham and am now a national trainer for Dermagenica and so have received advanced training from Dr Gabriela Mercik, pioneer of PDO thread lifting.
She is a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) and the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and the Royal College of Nursing (RCN).
