Away we go and the start of the new football season....

After a very packed list of pre-season friendlies, only one defeat, optimism was very high with the supporters for 2010/11.

The mood is good as you arrive at Hayes
Lane, greeted by the lovely turnstile ladies wishing you to enjoy the game.

The optimism lasted six minutes into the game when an obvious foul given away
by Sobers handed Dorchester a free kick some yards outside the Bromley
box.

The Dorchester right back Hill took maximum advantage by slamming a
great hit direct into the net. Memories go straight back to last season when
Bromley were so vulnerable to free kicks and corners.

The next 20 minutes were fairly even with few chances from both sides, although Dorchester did hit the post as the Bromley defense became
wide open.
